前房穿刺术的临床应用

CLINICAL APLICATION PUNCTURE OF ANTERIOR CHAMBER

本文报告了前房穿刺术的临床应用范围和注意事项。提出了部分手术经前房穿刺注入气泡后再进行操作,可以避免角膜内皮及透明晶体的损伤。着重对白内障和视网膜脱离行前房穿刺的临床意义进行了讨论。笔者认为前房穿刺术可广泛用于临床。

This article reported the limits of clinical use in puncture of anterior chamber and the key points in operation. It put forward that the part of operations would be set about after the pcunture of anterior chamber was performed and the ain bubble vras injected; which could avoid injury of corneal endothelium and transparent iens, The clinical significance about puncture of anterior chamber on cataract and retinal detachment was discussed The authors think that puncture of anterior chamber may be used widely in clinic.
