用聚氯乙烯等作包埋剂的初步探讨

摘要 用聚氯乙烯加上聚苯乙烯其溶于乙酸乙酯内,形成无色透明胶状液。其可用作电镜中制作超薄切片用的包埋剂。使用这种包埋剂对胎盘、肾脏及骨骼肌等制作出的超薄切片表明:该包埋剂能承受电子束的轰击,无纪构,电子穿透性好和超微结构保存完好。其半薄切片易被苏木精和伊红染色。使用这种包埋剂可使制样成本降低,简化制样过程。 Being solved in Ethyl Acetate,the mixture containing polyvinylchlorideand polystyrene may become a colourless,transparent and colloidal subst-ance,It can be used as an embedding material in making ultra-thin se-ction for electron microscopy.We have turned out the ultra-thin sectionsfrom placenta.Kidney and skcletal muscle.It shows that the embedding m-aterial can firmly sustain the blew from electron in electron microscopy,The capacity penetrated by electron is better.The ultrastructure of these t-issues are kept very well.Semi-thiu sections from these materials can e-asily be stained by H.E.It is conventencte,cheap and simple to use theembedding material.
