严重创伤10年院内死亡病例回顾

RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS ON CASES OF SERIOUS WOUND-INDUCED DEATH IN OUR HOSPITAL

本文对近10年(1980—1990)来收治的严重创伤经抢救医治无效死亡的83例病人进行了回顾性分析。该组创伤病员院内死亡率2.29％,男女比例为4∶1,年龄分布集中于15—60岁。致伤原因依次为:交通事故、坠落伤、工业外伤及斗殴致伤。伤情类型依次为严重颅脑外伤、高位颈椎骨拆及脱位、复合伤、胸部损伤。文章对死亡原因及如何减少死亡率进行了探讨。

This paper analysed the 83 dead cases who were injured seriouslyand rescued uselessey from 1980 to 1990 mortality of the badeyinjured p-atients in 2.29% The Proportion between male and female is 4:1.Theirages rang from 15 to 60.The reasons Causing wound are traffic accide-nts,traumatic injury and industrial injury.The categories are seriiouscraniocerebral trauma,High fracture and luxation of cervical spine, Com-pound injury,injuries of major organs and great vessels in abdomen andtrauma of chest.The paper also discusses the reasons of death and how to reducethe mortality.
