糖化血红蛋白A_1c测定在普通实验室的应用

作者采用流动自来水循环水浴法与空调室温为23℃时的自然检测法对比。结果表明,在夏季气温高时,用流动自来水循环水浴法检测 HbA_1C 与空调23℃时自然检测 HbA_1C 无明显的差异。同时,用一次性输液调速器对检测洗脱过程中的费力费时进行了改进。
