摘要
本文测定27例体外循环(CPB)病人血清补体成分(C_3、C_4)和裂解产物(C_3d,C_4a)的变化,以探讨 CPB 中补体激活及途径。结果表明:(1)体外循环(CPB)中补体被多种因子激活,转流平期通过替代途径,鱼精蛋白使用后经典途径占优势,而转流晚期是两条途径的共同参与;(2)鱼精蛋白是补体的潜在激活剂,转流后使用可引起补体进一步激活。
The alteration of complement components(C_、C_4)and frangments(C_3d、C_4a)in serum were measured in 27 patients during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB),sothat we studied complement activation and pathways during CPB.The results sug-gested:(1)Complements were activated many factors via alternative pathway dur-ing the inifiation of bypass,via classical pathway predominantly after profamineadministration,and both pathways during the late bypass;(2)protamine is a pot-ent complement activator and activated complement further following CPB.
