摘要
本文报告了一起误将白砒混入食物致165例急性砷中毒的调查、抢救、毒物分析结果。中毒者一次摄入 AS_2O_3量最少为44.41毫克,最多达710.56毫克。95.15％的中毒者一次摄入的砷已超过致死量(60—300毫克),经住院抢救,应用重金属巯基类特效解毒剂,使中毒者全部治愈出院,对患者尿砷测定,最高含量为13.6毫克/升。发砷(最高含量为1.45毫克/100克)、甲砷(最高含量为5.289毫克/100克)检测,且砷分布有甲>发>尿的趋势。
