93例癫痫病因分析

A STUDY ON THE CAUSES OF EPILEPSY

本文报导93例癫痫患者,25岁以前发病者72例(77.4％),26岁以后发病者21例(22.6％)。原发性癫痫45例(48.39％),症状性癫痫48例(51.61％),其中颅脑外伤及围产期损害、颅内感染、脑血管疾病为症状性癫痫最常见的三大病因。此外,颅内占位性病变、高热惊厥、代谢性疾病等也可能为症状性癫痫较常见的病因。

This paper reports 93 cases wtih eplepsy,The onsets below the age of 25were 72 cases accouting for 77.4 percent,wheereasathose over 26 were 21 cas-es accouting for 22.6 percent,45 cases wth idiopothic epilepsy accouted for 48.39percent,48 cases wvth symptomatic eplepsy accouted for 51.61 percent.Amonythem head Inuries,pernatal trauma,tracranal infections and cerebrolvasc-nzlra diseases were three common causes in the symptomatic epilepsy.Moreover,Intracranial space-taking lesions,febrle convulsions and metabolc dseases uaybecome the common causes in the symptomatic epilepsy.
