The Development of Small and Medium Oil Fields

当前,我国海上正待开发的油田基本上都属于中、小油气田。它们是渤海的绥中-1、辽东湾的锦州9-3、珠江口陆丰13-1、陆丰2-1、流花11-1、西江14-(?)、北部湾的涠(?)、涠11-4油田和莺歌海的1崖3-1气田等。它们处于不同的水深及海洋环境条件下,它们有不同的方案难点,有的是自营的、有的是中外合资开发的,当然它们之间也有共性,那就是尽量降低工程投资及开发期的操作费。由于这此油气田大部分是属于边际油田。

Most of our offshore gas and oil fields to be developed are of small and medium sizes,therefore,their development is principally a matter of economy. The optimization of plans and reduction of investments and operation costs constitute an important link in the chain of development.Proceeding from objective realities,the author enumerates ten facets worthy to be considered for improving economic values of such fields.Finally,in conjunction with the general layouts and optimization of major systems,a case study and recommendations are given.
