海洋平台组块配管的加工设计,其单管图的绘制占据了很大的工作量。由于平台制造工期要求,绘制单管图的时间要求尽量缩短。过去单管图都是由手工绘制,其速度远远不能满足工程需要。尤其是近年来,组块制造任务越来越繁重,对加工设计的要求也越来越高。为了解决生产急需,缓解配管加工设计中任务重、人手紧的矛盾。

This paper concerns with CAD software package used for pipe work design. Equipped with work station system of powerful graphic processing function and connected with I/O device,drafting machine and digitizer,the package uses AUTOCAD and Dbase database management system.It also uses advanced comprehensive technology and realizes the integration of component graphs and data acquisition,thus reducing the design and pipe-piece drawing time,improving aconomic benefits.
