Corrosion by gases in transportation of highly viscous and pressurized crude oil

在绥中36-1生产储油船的基本设计中,我们碰到了高粘度、高汽化压力原油外输对离心式货油泵的汽蚀余量(NPSHr)要求特别苛刻的问题。而货油泵的选择、货油系统的布置与船体结构、全船布局有相当密切的关系。离心泵因其效率较高,能直接由电机或汽轮机驱动,具有起动迅速、流量大且均匀。

With the highly viscous and pressurized crude oil produced by Sui Zhong 36-1 Oi Field, as an object of study, this paper considers the effect of the crude oil on the net position suction head of the centrifugal cargo oil pumps when the oil is transported from its production site. A nine-point measure was proposed to solve such corrosion problem. There exists a multitude of factors that might contribute to the problem. Therefore, dif- ferent solutions should be employed to cope with different difficulties.
