摘要
当前国内外研究放射增敏剂的种类已经很多,主要是硝基咪唑类亲电子化合物,但其对神经系统毒性很大,限制了在临床上使用。至今尚无一种理想的放射增敏剂。 本文采用对机体无毒性作用的中药枸杞主要成份枸杞多糖做为放射增敏剂进行了动物实验与临床观察,取得初步效果。
Animal experiment and clincal trial were conducted on the radiosentizing effect of Lycium Barbarum polysaccharide (LBP). The former study showed that on Lewis lung cancer in C57 BL mice,significant sensitizing effect was obseryed in the combined use of LBP and radiation as compared with the control(DMF = 2.05) , especially in acute hypoxic cells of that tumor. A randomized clincal trial was carried out in 53 patients with unresectable lung cancers, with 26 given LBP + radiotherapy (L + R group) and 26 given radiotheapy alone (R group). The immediate CR + PR rales of these two groups were 92.3% (L + R group) and 57.7% (R group),respectively. The authors believe that further studies are needed even though LBP has shown remarkable radiosentization effect both experimentally and clinically.
