摘要
有报道表明,恶性肿瘤病人外周血T细胞亚群分布失调,细胞免疫功能严重受抑,而放射治疗又可进一步抑制癌患者免疫功能。为了探讨食管癌患者接受放射治疗时及放疗停止后机体的免疫状况,我们应用OKT系列单克隆抗体(McAb)对36例食管癌患者外周血T细胞及亚群的分布进行了研究。
Peripheral T lymphocytes and their subsets were studied by direct SPA rosette technique using OKT series monoclonal anti-human T lympnocyte antibodies in 36 esophageal cancer patients during and after their radiation treatment. The results showed that OKT3+, OKT4+ cells and OKT4/OKT8 ratio in these patients were markedly reduced (P<0.01). One to three months after the completion of radiotherapy, OKT4+ cells and OKT4/OKT8 ratio partially recovered (P<0.02, P<0.01), yet still obviously lower than that of the normal control (P<0.001). The change in OKT8+ cells was inconspicuous in the various groups. The authors believe that the cellular immunity of esophageal cancer patient is suppressed during radiotherapy.
