CNE多细胞球体对超分割照射的反应

RESPONSE OF CNE MULTICELLULAR TUMOR SPHEROIDS TO HYPERFRACTIONATION

随着对肿瘤放射生物学特性的认识,超分割照射被认为是提高肿瘤治疗增益的有效途径之一。本实验应用人体鼻咽癌细胞株(CNE细胞)离体多细胞球体培养,研究超分割每日两次每次1.2Gy与常规分割照射每日一次2Gy对多细胞球体的生长抑制作用和细胞杀伤作用。

The response of different daily fractionational irradiations were studied with multicelluar tumor spheroids (MTS) of human nasopharyngeal cancer cell line. The MTS were irradiated at 400um diameter. Regrowth and cell survival were measured as endpoits. The CNE MTS showed that there was no dose sparing effect comparing twice 1.2 Gy daily with conventional 2 Gy a day. A therapeutic gain would be expected by the use of hyperfraction, provided that the dose limiting normal tissues show a larger sparing effect under this condition.
