肿瘤患者急性缺氧耐受能力的实验观察 被引量:1

TOLERANCE OF CANCER PATIENTS TO ACUTE HYPOXIA

摘要 近年苏联学者提出采用吸入低氧的方法进行放射治疗,认为此种治疗方法可以保护正常组织,减轻放射反应,提高机体免疫功能和放射后的存活率。我们亦对急性缺氧降低正常组织和肿瘤组织氧分压的作用进行了深入研究,发现缺氧水平从14.1%~9.0%,均能显著的降低组织氧分压,吸入10.5%低氧混合气(相当于5000米高空空气),一般情况下人体可耐受,低于此浓度即可发生严重的反应。我们对16名癌症病人进行了急性缺氧耐力的实验观察,以了解对中度缺氧的耐受能力。报告如下: As hypoxia may protect the normal tissue from radiation damage and increase body immunity function, this study was designed to test the tolerance of cancer patients to acute hypoxia. 16 cancer patients were tested under 10.5% oxygen inhalation for 5 minutes. It was observed that the heart rate increased with the duration of hypoxic gas inhalation to the highest value of 86 ±16 beat/ min. The height of T wave in ECG was reduced by 17% in 5 minutes. The maximum reduction of transcutaneous oxygen pressure was 43%. These changes showed that cancer patient's body compensatory reaction during hypoxic gas inhalation was comparable to that of the normal subjects. Most of the cancer patients could tolerate the hypoyic load except those who were poor in compensation
