Abstract: The glucosinolatcs in rape-seeds arc separated by paper chromatography. The method provides an effective separation between glucosinolates and other com-ponents present in rapesccds with shorten time for analysis and without requirement for any precise instrument. The half-quantitative measurement of glucosinolates is also descripcd. The method may be used for sifthg the breeding mathods of low-glucoinolatcs.
