摘要
本文用微分脉冲阳极伏安法研究了咖啡因的电化学行为。找到了用玻碳电极阳极氧化测定咖啡因的最佳体系。初步探讨了电极反应机理。应用于咖啡因药物制剂的分析,可以不经分离,直接测定。
Abstract: The application of anodic differential pulse voltammetry to caffeine with a glass carbon electrode as the working electrode is reported .The differential pulse voltammetric behaviours of caffeine in a series of electrolytes are investigated.The calioration graph is linear over the range of caffeine concentration of 1.20x l0-5-1.00x 10-4moL/L.The detection limit is 6.20 x 10~6moL/L.By means of cyclic voltammetry, the, kinetic behaviour of caffeine on the electrode is studied.This method was also applied to the direct determination of the caffeine in drugs without previous separatiore .
