摘要
本文对1984年4月～1990年9月收治的100例软组织肉瘤术后放疗的病人进行疗效分析,并对放射治疗在治疗软组织肉瘤中的作用和治疗原则进行讨论。
100 patients with soft tissue sarcomas treated from 1984 to 1990 are reported. The treatment method was local or vide surgical excision plus postoperative radiotherapy. For radiotherapy, 50-55 Gy/5-5.5 wk was given as inital dose, followed by 10-15 Gy/1-1.5 wk high energy electron beam through reduced portal. The 5-year survival rate was 59.69%,local recurrance rate wa.'6 %, distance metastasis rate 29%. With 21% (21/100) patient developing lung metastasis, the authors consider that the major problem in the management of soft tissue sarcoma is how to control secondary lesion in the lungs.
