摘要
自1975年6月～1985年6月我科共用<sup>60</sup>Co治疗机治疗喉癌279例。其中术后放疗121例,单纯放疗142例,术前放疗16例。因术前放疗例数较少,本文主要报告术后放疗和单纯放疗共263例的治疗结果。
121 and 142 patients with carcinoma of the larynx were treated with combined surgery and radiation or radiotherapy alone from 1975 to 1985, The overall 5- year survival rates were 57% and 38% respectively. The combined treatment was superior to radiation alone. It was showed that there was no significant difference between these two methods for the various stages and types of laryngeal carcinoma except the Stage Ⅲ supraglottic lesions. Radiation most commonly failed centrally while the combined treatment failed in the cervical lymph nodes. Ten patients developed serious radiation injury, mostly from daily fractions of 240-250 cGy.
