舌根非何杰金淋巴瘤的放射治疗

RADIOTHERAPY OF NON-HODOKIN'S LYMPHOMA OF THE BASE OF THE TONGUE

头颈部淋巴结外的非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)以原发于咽淋巴环内较为常见,其中原发舌根恶性淋巴瘤较少见。

Twenty-seven patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the base of tongue were treated from 1975 to 1984 by external radiation therapy. According to Ann Arbor staging system,6 patients were classified as having stage I and 21 stage II lesions. The radiation dose was about 50-59 Gy/5.5-6.5 wk. The overall 5-year actuarial survival rate was 37%. The prognosis was related to the stage, size of radiation field and radiation dose. The authors found that extended fields including Waldeyer's ring and reginal lymph rode area are necessery for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the base of tongue,and chemotherapy may also be helpful.
