超分割放射对实验肿瘤生长和骨髓增殖作用的比较 被引量:2

EFFECT OF HYPERFRACTIONATED IRRADIATION ON THE GROWTH OF TRANSPLANTED TUMOR AND HYPERPLASIA OF BONE MARROW

摘要 超分割放疗的应用已经使部分晚期难治性肿瘤病人获得了再次缓解的机会。由于将常规的24小时放射间隔缩短为数小时,所以充分了解放射间隙期组织细胞发生的一系列变化有助于对其认识的提高。 The effect of different hyperfractionated irradiation delivered at various time intervals on transplanted tumor was observed. They were compared with changes in the bone marrow viewed as similar multiplicaton tissue. BALB/C mice were irradiated with 60Co, two fractions of 1.5 Gy per day with intervals of 2-8 hr, two fractions to total dose of 15 Gy within 5 days. The result sshowed that the redistribution of sensitization in the cell cycle of the bone marrow was related to the changes in the interval between its fractions. However, this was not observed in the transplanted tumor because of inconsistent cell population and the response of tumor cell to irradiation depends mainly on the degree of sublethal damage repair and capability of repopulation.
