肺癌的照射野设计及剂量学研究 被引量:1

FIELD DESIGN AND DOSIMETRIC STUDIES ON IRRADIATION OF LUNG CANCER

摘要 肺癌是目前国内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,约50%的患者主要依靠放射治疗,本文就目前国内常规采用的肺癌照射技术在剂量分布方面存在的不足进行分析,并在此基础上提出新的照射野设计方案。 In the conventional AP field irradiation of lung cancer, there are some disadvantages; 1. the radiation dose to the mediastinal region is not enough; 2. the dose to the spinal cord is inadequate and high-dose (hot spot) region apprears frequently in the normal lung tissue. A new field arrangement proposed to overcome these shortcomings was designed on a Philips TPS and confirmed in Alderson phantom by film dosimetry for different types of lung cancers. This new arrangement has several advantages as compared with the conventional AP fields : 1. the radiation dose to the mediastinum is higher reaching 50 Gy without giving untoward dose to the spinal cord] 2. the uniformity of the dose distribution is much better than the AP method and the dose to the lung and mediastinum can reach simultaneously to their tumor lethal levels.
