BALB/c系小鼠自发性乳腺癌的含C型病毒粒子细胞系的建立

摘要 “BMAC”是一株BALB/c系小鼠的含C型病毒颗粒的乳腺癌细胞系,已传112代。细胞呈梭形,最高分裂指数为49‰,细胞增殖迅速且稳定,染色体数目为拟二倍体,众数为40~41。同种移植率100%(15/15),其形态和组织结构与原发肿瘤相似,仍然保持原发肿瘤的生物学特性。 A cell line, which designated BMAC, was established from spontanously adenocar-cinoma in BALB/c mice. The pathologic features are typical of mammary adenocarci-noma. The C-type virus paticles were found within the tumor and cell line by the electron microscpe. The line has been subcultured 112 passage. The cell growth is rapid and stable. The mitoticindex reached 49‰. on day 4. The chromosome number of this line was usually seudodiploid, the modal number of chromosome being 40~41.Homotransplant efficiency was 100%(15/15). The transplanted tumors were similar to the primary one in both morphology and histology. It was indecated that this line still retains the primary tumor's feature and behavior.
