摘要
用间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)检测实验感染小鼠的特异性抗MCMV抗体,CBA系小鼠在感染后第7天就可以测出,其滴度在第28天达到高峰,105天以后开始下降。昆明系小鼠也有相似的免疫应答,但由于对照组有较高的自然感染率,实验感染后的高滴度抗体可能反映了对MCMV感染的二次抗体应答。实验结果表明,IFA可用于MCMV感染的早期诊断。
Using indirect immunofluorescent assay(IFA) to detect specific antibodies toMCMV in experimentally infected CBA mice, it was found that anti-MCMV antibod-ies could be detected 7 days postinfection, and reached its highest peak 28 days postin-fection. then gradually decreased after 105 days. Kunming mice had the similar pattern.but because of their high natural infection rate in the control group, the high titersof specific antibodies might reflect the secondly response to MCMV infection. Ourresults indicated that IFA could be used for early diagnosis of MCMV infection.
