The Integrated Model For the Harmonic Development of population,Resource and Environment(I):Fundamental Idea and Framework

本文丛拟对人口、资源与环境协调发展的综合模式进行系统探讨,这是进行社会和经济持续协调发展研究的基础性工作.本文首先提出了人口、资源与环境协调发展的三大范畴:广义资源、竞分元与竞分规范.在这基础上,提出了持续发展指标(Ⅰ_s)和社会经济过程与生态过程的耦合度指标(Ⅰ_O),论述了确定竟分元的合适规模与行为方式的方法,为人口、资源与环境协调发展的综合研究提供了思路与框架.

In this article series, we will systematically study the integrated modelfor the harmonic development of population, resource and environment. This isa fundamental work for the study of social-economic sustainable developmnt.In this paper,we at first propose three categories for the harmonic developm-ent of population, resource and environment: generalized resource, competi-tion-sharing units and competition-sharing norms. On the basis of these con-cepts, sustainable development index Is and overlapping index Io of social--economic processes and ecological processes are presented, the approachfor determining the proper scale of population and feasible behaviour man-ners are discussed. All of this provide a fundamental research line and fra-mework for the harmonic developmenl of population, resource and environ-ment.
