摘要
环孢菌素是一种真菌的次级代谢产物。菌种经Co60-γ射线、氯化锂,氯化锂+紫外线,快中子等方法处理后,产量提高了4～5倍,并利用粗提物作了抑菌实验。
Cyclosporin is a secondary product of metabolism of fungi. Stains are treated with Co60-Y rays, Lid, Licl- Uvtrariolet, fast neutron, the product of cyclosporin is increased by 4-5 times and the extraction is used in bacteriostasis.
