摘要
It is a common practice in China to use an insulated silk jack lad-der in the live-line work to enter the 500 kV EHV electric field.Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute has successfully carried outsuch operating performance at the meeting of ESMO-90 in Canada.(Fig.1) The operating procedure is now recommended asfollows.
