摘要
本文对AlCl_3催化下,以酸酐为酰化剂合成β-Ρ-苯甲酰丙酸、β-苯甲酰丙烯酸、和β-苯甲酰丙酸的Friedel-Crafts酰化反应进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:当催化剂AlCl_3的用量由文献的2.2当量提高到3.5当量时,β-Ρ-苯基苯甲酰丙酸、β-苯甲酰丙烯酸和β-苯甲酰丙酸的合成产率分别由文献的70%、80—85%、和77—82%提高到94%、95%和92%。
The experimental researches on the Friedel-Crafts reactionparticipated by carboxylic acid anhydrides for the synthesis of β-p-phenylphs-nacylpropionic acid. β -pbenacylpropenoic acid and β-phenacylpropionic acid have been groped. The results indicated that, when the quantity of catalyst, AlCl3, increased to 3.5-3 .0 equivalentsf rom2.2-2.0 equivalents, the yield of the β-p-phenylphenacylpropionic acid, β-phenacylpropenoic acid and β-phe nacylpropionic acid has increased to 94%, 95%and92%from70%, 80 -85%and77 -82%, respectively.
