摘要
研究了经拉伸及极化处理的PVDF在高温附近的长时间介电吸收电流及其释放电流,刺激电场为10~5至10~6vm^(-1),发现上述二种电流均遵守 It^(1/2)∝e~±(at)^(1/2)的规律,介电吸收电流与样品历史有关,介电释放电流与样品历史无关,它们都是由电极注入空间电荷引起的。
The long term dielectric absorption current and resorption of PVDF near room temperature has been studied.Sample is the drawn and poled film of PVDF. The stimulated electric field is 105 to 106 VM-1. The dielectric absorption and resorption current were found to be:The dielectric absorption current is dependent on the sample history but resorption current is not. They are caused by the space charge injected by the electrodes.
