摘要 Thionine-eontaining chemically modified eleetrode(CME)were constructed with glassy carbon substrate employing various procedures,with which electrocatalytic reduction of hemoglobin(Hb)was carried out and characterized under static and flow conditions.Linear response range over 2 orders of magnitude and detection limit of subpieomole were achieved at the CME in FIA.
