城市旧居住区改建中公共建筑分级结构的探讨

STUDY ON GRADE STRUCTURE OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS IN OLD RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT RENEWAL

在城市旧居住区改建中,公共建筑的配置是一项很重要的内容。公共建筑的分级结构是进行公共建筑配置的理论基础,本文从公共建筑服务对象、居民出行时间、旧居住区改建规模、组织居民生活四个方面进行了探讨,论述了传统的公共建筑“三级结构”理论已不适应于旧居住区改建。提出了在旧居住区改建中,采用“城市——基本生活单元”的公共建筑分级结构理论,并阐明了其优点。

The arrangement of public building is very important in old residential district renewal. The grade structure of public buildings is the theretical basis of arranging public buildings. The paper has discussed the four respects, i.e.the people whom public buildings serve, the trip time of residents, the scale of old residential district renewal, the organazing of residents living, and shown that fraditronal 'three grade' theory has not been suited to the renewal of old residential districts. Instead of the old theory, the paper has suggested 'city-basic living unit' theory and expou nded its advantages.
