硝苯吡啶对妊高征患者的血液动力学作用

Hemodynamic Effects of Nifedipine on Patients With Hypertension Disorder of Pregnancy (HDP)

本文应用随机双盲安慰剂对照法,利用同步M型超声心动图、心电图探讨硝基吡啶对妊高征患者的急性血液动力学作用与疗效。结果显示本药可扩张小动脉、降低周围血管阻力和左室射血阻抗,从而改善左室收缩功能,增加心输出量,且使用方便、作用时间长,起效快及无血压过低等现象,在妊高征的降压治疗中有一定的价值。

The present study, a randomized, doubleblind, placebo controlled trial,was designed on hemodynamic effects of single sublingual dose of nifedipine (10mg) in 16 patients with HDP. The results showed that nifedipine may significantly lower BP, improve left ventricalar functionof patients with HDP without serious side-effects.
