摘要 本文扼要地综述了涤纶纺丝机传动系统的监测与故障诊断的基本理论、振动烈度和谱分析等内容,通过检测分析发现了该传动系统的振动规律,找出了系统的薄弱环节,发现了设备大修中的装配质量问题、各齿轮副之间的互相干扰情况,为绦纶公司对LHV902纺丝机的维护、状态监测和大修等项工作,提供了可靠的典型值、典型谱。有利于企业降低设备维护、大修和备件等项费用。 This paper briefly summaries the basic therory and the analysis of vibration intensity and power spectrum in the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the polyester fibre spinning machine. This paper also describes the vibration pattern,the easily damaging places, the assambling quality problem, as well as the vibration interference among the gear boxes of the spinning machine. The authors put forward the typical data and power spectrums for the links of the maintenance,condition monitoring, heavy repair in the polyester company,the cost of which is to cut down.
