纤维除尘系统内不锈钢网隔火作用试验研究

Experimental Research on the Fire-insulated Effect of Stainless Steel Net in the Fiber Dust Removing System

在纤维尘除尘系统内,第一级过滤设备采用不锈铜网作过滤料,用以阻隔燃烧的纤维尘线绒,是一种防止系统发生火灾的安全措施,现已在纺织厂推广使用。作者对不锈钢网的隔火作用进行了一系列的试验研究。本文就除尘系统在各种情况下,对其隔火作用的影响进行了探讨,给出了系统风管内温度变化的规律。

The stainless steel net is used as the fitter in the first equipment in the dust removing system to seperate the burning fiber nap. It is an efficent safe method to prevent the fire in the system. It is now applied in textile mills. The author has done some reasearch on its fire insulated effect in all circumstances. This paper studies the effect of the dust removing system to the fire prevention in any case, and introduces the general rehgulation of temperature change in net tubs of the system.
