电镀废水中Cr(Ⅵ)还原微机自动控制传感信息的研究

摘要 为了寻求可用于含Cr(Ⅵ)废水自动处理的可靠传感信息,对Cr(Ⅵ)溶液用NaHSO_3进行了电位滴定.实验发现,在初始pH≤2时,可从微分滴定曲线上取得一个可供自动控制的非常可靠和准确的传感信息.为验证本文的结论,采用了一套用二阶微分信号的微机控制装置,获得了满意的结果. In order to find a reliable sensing available to automatic treating Cr (Ⅵ) waste water potentiometric titration of Cr (Ⅵ) solution with NaHSO_3 are carried out. It is found experimentally that at pH≤2 a very reliable and accurate information avail- ble to automatic controll can be obtained from the differential titrtrting curve. By using the second order differential a micro- computer-controlled device is established to verify the discussion of this paper and satisfactory expermental results are obtained.
