本文首次从柞蚕丝盐酸水解液中分离和鉴定出了酩氨酸衍生物的结构,为解释酪氨酸也是柞蚕丝泛黄原因和研究其泛黄机理提供了重要依据.

The HCl hydrolysate of tussah silk is sepe(?)ated by silical gel column chromatography, then studied by NMR. IR. UV and so on. Two derivates of tyrosine are obtained, they are HO-(?)-COOH and HO-(?)-CH_2COOH. It illustrates that tyrosine is one of the reasons of tussah silk yellowen.
