B超引导下细针穿刺胰腺肿块(54例结果分析)

Percutaneous fine needle biopsy of the pancreatic mass under ultrasonic guidance:an analysis of 54 cases

本文对54例疑为胰腺占位性病变患者在 B 超引导下行细针穿刺细胞学检查。结果在36例胰腺癌中穿刺阳性率为83.34%(30/36)。B 超对胰腺癌的实际检出率为75.0%(33/43),CT 的检出率为72.73%(32/44)。本组资料提示 CT 并不优于 B 超。本文还讨论了细胞学检查假阴性的可能原因和提高穿刺阳性率的方法。此法简便,并发症少,费用低,值得进一步推广。

Percutaneous fine needle biopsy(PFNB)of pancreatic tissue under the ultrasonical guidance was performed in 54 patients with suspected in the region of pancreas space occupying lesions.The positive rate of PFNB was 83.34%,i.e.in 30 out of 36 patients with pancreatic cancer.The actual positive rate of ultrasound was 75.0%(36/48)in patients with panc- reatic cancer.The actual positive rate of CT was 72.73%(32/44).Our results suggest that the CT is not better than ultrasonnd.The possible cause of false negative and the method of increasing positive results were di- scussed.The PFNB is a simple and inexpensive technique for the diagnosis of a pancreatic mass which will gain wide acceptance.
