摘要 儿童营养性贫血的主要原因,文献普遍认为是缺铁。本文通过食用铁强化奶粉和非强化的全脂奶粉进行了8个月的人群试验研究,发现全脂奶粉亦可明显改善儿童的贫血状况,使贫血率由28%降至8%。认为全脂奶粉改善儿童贫血状况,主要在于增加了蛋白质摄入量,提示蛋白质摄入不足可能是我国儿童贫血率长期居高不下的原因。 In an iron-fortified milk study,155 school children,aged 11—14 years,were derided into two groups.Each child in these two groups received 30g iron-fortified (FM) or non-fortified (NFM) milk powder, daily for 3 months respectively.The increment of hemoglobin (Hb) was higher in the FM group than in the NFM group (P<0.05).In the NFM group,the final Hb level was also found to be significantly higher than that at the beginning in both sexes(P<0.005),while the anemic rate was significantly decreased from 28% to 8% at the end of the experiment.(P< 0.005).5-day dietary surveys both at the beginning and at the end showed dietary intake except supplementary milk had been constant.The increase in protein,VA,VB_2 intake in NFM group was caused by the NFM powder only.It is concluded that the supplementary protein from NFM powder accountes for the improvement of anemia in these children.It is also con- cluded that low protein intake may incriminate the everlasting prevalence of anemia among school and preschool children in China.
