摘要
本文研究了21例术前无营养不良行全胃切除术的胃癌患者手术前和手术后连续10天营养素与有关因素的变化.结果发现术后观察期内纤维连接蛋白无变化,转铁蛋白术后第四天起持续下降,与术前相比差异明显(P<0.05).血清苯丙氨酸明显增多,脯氨酸与丙氨酸下降.血中酯类、电解质以及维生素无明显变化,血锌值术后早期下降。手术后血清中胰岛素和分解激素增高.以上结果为制定创伤患者的营养支持方案提供了可靠依据.
Nutritive and related elements of 21 normal nourished gastric cancer patients undergoing total gastrectomy were studied at the day before and 10 days after operation.The level of serum fibronectin was no change during study period,but trasferrin decreased progressivly after 4th postopera- tive day.The level of serum phenylalanine was constantly high throuth the course of investigation,but.proline and alanine were lower than normal range.No changes were found in blood lipids,electrolytes and vitamins, and the level of serum zinc decreased in the early period of postoperative days,Insulin and serum determined catabolic hormones elevated after opera- tion.These results could provide the reliable foundation for formulating nutrition support programe in trauma patients.
