大黄对体外肾小管细胞增殖的影响

Effect of rheum officinal on the proliferation of renal tubular cells in vitro

本实验通过体外肾小管细胞培养,观察了大鼠服大黄后血清及大黄素对肾小管上皮细胞增殖的影响.结果发现,大鼠服大黄后血清以及大黄素,均对以~3H-TdR 掺入量为指标的细胞增殖有明显抑制作用,从而部分地解释了大黄治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的机理。

Rat renal tubules were isolated and grown in cnlture.The effects of Rheum Offieinal(RO)on the proliferation of renal tubular cells were investigated.It was found that the addition of either the sera obtained from rat fed with RO or the ingredientl of this drug—Emodin directly to culture,all exerted strongly suppressive effect on the proliferation of renal tubular cells,as measured by the uptake of radiolabeled thymidine. This observation may be of help in to explain the beneficial result of RO in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
