摘要 本文研究了借助数字图像处理的投影云纹技术,它适合于物体离面位移和等高线的全场自动测量。当一个正弦光栅投影到被测量的物体上时,其上的每一点有唯一的位相与之对应,通过位相检测技术将其位相测出后,便可将物体各点的高度计算出来。本文对所提出方法的灵敏度及误差来源进行了分析。为了说明方法的正确性,做了实验检验。实验结果表明这些方法简单方便,精度和灵敏度高于传统的云纹方法。有一定的实用价值。 This paper investigates projected moire technique using digital video processing. It is a suitable method for full field measurement of out-of-plan deformations and object contouring. When a sinusoidal grating is projected on a diffuse object to be measured,every point on the object can be characterized by a unique phase value. Bymeasuring this phase accurately using phase stepping methods, it is shownthat the object height can be computed. The analysis is completely automatizedby introducing phase measuring technique and using digital image processingsystem. The sensitivity and errors are analyzed. These methods are easy,flexible, speedy and accurate and sensitivity is higher than the conventionalmoire technique by experiments. The practicality and value of application areconfirmed.
