The preparation and Application of ELISA kit for Detecting Synthetic peptide of HIV-1 Antibody

应用 HIV-18 P41抗原决定簇的合成肽作为抗原,建立了合成肽 ELISA 试剂盒,并用于血清HIV—1抗体的初筛试验。其 P/N 值为7.58,阴性平均 OD 值仅0.139,无假阳性和假阴性。用该试剂检测云南边境居民血清807份,其结果与应用进口 ELISA 试剂盒和免疫印迹法所测的结果相同,该试剂可用于HIV—1抗体检测。

A pepti—ELISA was established using synthetic peptide of HIV—1gp41 antigenideterminant and used to screen HIV—1 antibody.Its P/N value was 7.58 and nega-tive average OD value was only 0.139,and no false positive or negative was found.821 sear from HIV low prevalent area of the border of Yunnan province were te-sted by this reagent,its result was same as import ELISA kit and Western Blot.pepti Blot.Pepti—ELISA can be used for detection of HIV—1 antibody.
