摘要
本研究通过对国内12家初、精制茶厂和14家茶机厂的调查,首次建立了4个工艺知识库和包含24大类230种定型产品的茶机资源库。研究开发的决策支持系统(MPCAD系统),解决了相同机型于不同工序或加工不同茶叶时生产能力的自动修正和初精制红、绿茶厂制茶机组的可行配套方案的自动生成及其优化问题。计算机选配结果与茶厂实际茶机配置的对比表明。该系统有效实用,工序间匹配误差小,结果客观公正。
A CAD system of selection and match of tea machines for tea process-ing factory-MPCAD was developed in this study.Four kinds of optimizingmodes were put out to be chosen by factory designer for differentobjectives.They were the Priority Method of Machine Performance,the Priority Method of Cost Minimization,the Weighting FunctionMethod,and the Priority Compromise Method.The matching formulasof tea machines were also presented for primary and/or refining processingfactories,and the problem of auto-generating feasible machinery setswas successfully solved.The MPCAD system,as supported with soundtea machinery databases and technology knowledgebases,could be furtherused as a fast and effective tool for both tea-machine manufacturers andrelevant management departments.Some comparisons were given betweenCAD results and actual machine matches in tea processing factories,whichshowed that the system was valid and could be put into practice operation.
