三关节融合术治疗足部畸形(附30例疗效分析)

Foot Deformity of Infantile Paralysis Sequelae Treated by Triple Arthrodesis—Analysis of Result in 30 Cases

术文报告30例40足三关节融合术治疗儿麻后遗足部畸形。分别采用了两种术式。本组有28例37足得到随访,其结果总优良率为83.93%,失败率为5.40%。失败者主要原因是由于假关节形成及残余畸形。本文对假关节形成的原因及其预防,如何有效防止畸形复发以及效果不良病例施行补救手术等问题进行了讨论。

Foot deformity due to infantile para- lysis sequelae treated by triple arthro- desis in 40 feet of 30 cases were repor- ted.Two methods were used in opera- tion.37 feet of 28 cases were followed up,satisfactory result were obtained in 83.93%.The rate of failure was 5.4%. The main causes of failure were forma- tion of pseudoarthrosis and residual de- formity.The article also reviewed re- lated reports and discussed the causes and prevention of pseudoarthrosis.How to evaluate the result and how to pre- vent deformity and it's salvage opera- tion were presented.
