三关节融合术治疗小儿麻痹后遗症足畸形(附39例报告)

Treatment of Polio Foot Deformity with Triple Arthrodesis(A Report of 39 Cases)

我院1974年至1987年应用足三关节融合术治疗小儿麻痹后遗症足畸形39例,其中34例获2～15年随访,优良率为82.3%。文中介绍了作者施行三关节融合术的体会,并就影响疗效的原因进行探讨。

Thirty-nine cases of polio foot defor- mity were treated in our hospital be- tween 1974-1987 with triple arthrodesis. Among them 34 cases were followed-up for 2～5 years with 82·3% satisfactory results.The experiences of operation and factors affecting the results were discussed.
