摘要
利用弯曲键理论,详细讨论了旋光性的脂肪族链状化合物分子内存在的螺旋结构,同样是右螺是右旋的,左螺旋是左旋的。从螺旋方向可以推断旋光方向,知道旋光方向也可以推断构型。
The helical structure existed inside the moleculcs of optically active chain compound, have been discussed in details by the theory of bending bond. Right-hand helix is d-rotatory, and left -hand helix is l-rotatory. The rotation direction also will be determined by helical direction, while the configuration also can be predicted if the rotation is known.
