摘要
我国攀枝花地区含有极其丰富的钒钛磁铁矿。其中铁、钛、钒的量较高,有极大的经济价值。在炼铁冶金工艺新流程中,采取钛精矿球团还原—电炉熔化分离钛、钒、铁。为了控制电炉的还原程度,不使钛、钒进入铁液中,必须测定低价铁、钛的含量。因此,准确快速地完成低价钛的测定,对冶炼机理的研究和工艺流程的控制具有重要的意义。
The components of melt-separation slag are extremely complex, and various elements having changcable valence exist in the slag. We have investigated the method of determining low-valence Ti and the separation-determination of Fe and V. We determined the reliability of dissolving and separating Fe and V with hydrochloric acid. The advantages of the method include rapidity, simplicity, easy observation of end and high repeatability. The method is suitable for the routine analysis of the slag.
