作者自1979～1989年经系统治疗的26例小儿麻痹后遗症双下肢重度瘫痪者,获得满意效果。本文结合该组病例对临床分类、手术适应证、手术总体设计及应掌握的原则等,提出新的见解。

Since 1979-1989, 26 cases of severe bilateral lower limbs paralysis were treated systematically and obtained good results. Clinical classification, operative indication, general operative pogramme and the principles to be mastered of were proposed from some new points of view.
