摘要
作者自1983年1月创用小切口,不显露股骨的半闭式V形截骨方法,治疗膝屈曲挛缩506例。认为手术操作较目前报告的各种方法均为简便易行,创伤小,并发症低。文中对手术适应证的选择、手术的设计及术后并发症作了分析,并提出了安全操作的具体措施。
The autuors reported 506 cases of the flexion contracture of knee treated by minimal incision supracondylar V shape osteotomy of femur since January 1983. We belive the advantages of this method are:minor trauma,safe and simple,lower rate of complication. In this paper, the indication and design of operation, the complication after operation were analyzed. Preventive measures were also described.
