髋部畸形的分型治疗

作者根据儿麻后遗症髋部矫形手术的实践,将髋部畸形归纳为两大类型,即挛缩及松弛两型。又根据软组织及骨质结构的病理变化;将髋挛缩分为单纯屈曲挛缩,屈曲内收内旋挛缩,屈曲外展外旋挛缩以及严重髋挛缩股骨上端有向后呈角畸形;髋松又分为单纯髋松、半脱位、全脱位等以及颈干角的异常变化等。上述病理变化有的单一存在,有的几种同时存在,故而分成19种类型。本文分别论述了分型治疗方法。

According to the practice of orthopedic operations of hips, the author classified hip deformities into two types—contracture type and relaxation type.On the base of pathological change of soft tissue and bone, the author derided hip contracture into simple flexion confracture, flexion contracture with adduction and internal rotation, flexion contracture with abduction external rotation and severe hip contracture coexisted with posterior angulation of proximal femur; and derided hip relaxation into simple relaxation, subluxation, dislocation and relaxation coexisted with change of neck-shalf angle of femur. All the hip deformities had been further divided into kinds of deformity. The treatment of hip deformity was discussed.
