改良YOUNT手术治疗膝关节屈曲畸形(附188例报告)

Modified Yount's Method for the Treatment of the Knee Flexion A Report of 188 cases.

自1976年2月至1989年12月,运用改良 Yount 手术治疗小儿脊髓灰质炎后遗膝关节屈曲畸形188例。获得随访者147例,最短1年,最长14年10个月,平均8年9个月,26例复发再次手术矫正,121例效果满意。改良手术的要点是变原 Yount氏手术切除2至3英(口寸)髂胫束和外侧肌筋膜为切断髂胫束和外侧筋膜,其它膝关节挛缩组织可经非手术疗法消除。并存的髋关节屈曲挛缩应同时手术松解,以维持下肢正常力线。

Since February 1976 to Dece mber 1989,a modified Yount's me thod had been applied to treat the flexion deformity of the knee sec- ondary to poliomyelitis in children 147 cases were followed-up with an average 8 years and 9 months, with excellent and good results in 121 cases.this procedure includes division of the iliotibial band and lateral intermuscular septum,intead of to excise a segment of the iliotibial band and lateral intermuscular sep tum 2 or 3 inches long.If there were hip-flexion contractures,sur- gical release of the hip should be done at the same time.
